Q. Will it cost more for my home if I live in Connecticut as apposed to say if I lived in New Hampshire?

A. Yes.  The location of where your home is to be delivered has an effect on the total cost of your home.  There is a shipping cost associated with predefined districts and the further away from the manufacture the home is going, than the higher the shipping charge.

Q. Are there any specific factors that will have a noticeable effect on the cost of my home?

A. Yes. If your home exceeds 27'6" in width including the overhangs than in some states a police escort will be required and will be added into the total shipping cost.

Q. If I ordered my home tomorrow how long would it take till I should expect to receive it?

A. Our manufacturers get really busy during peak times of the year.  There could be 2-3 months and sometimes longer till your home arrives.  The shipping date will be given to you once all of the appropriate documents are in place ex. Bank Letter, Choice of colors.
